We are currently booking personal training services for June, 2025. Small Group Training (SGT) sessions are in the works - sign up for our email list to hear first about SGT registration, or special live classes in-person (in the Atlanta area) and/or online.

You will also find the ever-growing on-demand video library for members, which includes encore videos of the live classes, AgapēFit in Five, and "Quickie Vids", short videos that cover a range of topics from Foot Fitness to Stretching. Check them out on the "Videos on Demand" page.

Personal Training

Want a more personalized or specialized experience? Not ready for a large class setting, or need a bit more? Don't want to go to the gym? Whether a beginner or more advanced, work one-on-one with me with a program specially prepared together, using movement YOU enjoy. Online or in-person (in-person in Atlanta area only) - we'll work together to get you to YOUR definition of fitness/movement success!
